Solanacee are mai multe denumiri populare de  ardei borc\u0103nos, ardei capia, ardei lung, ardei ro\u015fu, ardei verde, be\u015fic\u0103, boia, chiparc\u0103, chip\u0103ru\u015f, chip\u0103ru\u015f iute, chiper lung, piparc\u0103, piperul bulgarului, piper turcesc, piper ro\u015fu, popric\u0103, popric\u0103 dulce, popric\u0103 iute, popivnic, tiuper amar, tiuper dulce.<br \/>\nArdeiul iute (Capsicum annuum) este o specie popular\u0103 a genului Capsicum care face parte din familia Solanaceae,\u0219i cea mai cultivat\u0103 dintre toate cele 4 tipuri de ardei cunoscu\u021bi. Ardeii iu\u021bi se pot g\u0103si \u00een m\u0103rimi \u0219i forme diferite, iar intensitatea iu\u021belii acestora poate varia \u0219i de la slab la intens: ardei gras, chilli sau ardei iute ro\u0219u. Propriet\u0103\u021bile medicinale ale ardeiului sunt limitate, la propriet\u0103\u021bile vitaminizante (\u00eendeosebi privind vitaminele A \u0219i C) varietatea de ardei iute este o excep\u021bie datorit\u0103 substan\u021bei iritante capsaicin\u0103, cu multiple indica\u021bii terapeutice, partea care da iu\u021beala unui ardei, sunt semin\u021bele.<br \/>\nArdeiul iute are flori de culoare alb\u0103, uneori purpuriu iar tulpinile sunt numeroase \u0219i pot atinge o \u00een\u0103l\u021bime de 60 cm,fructele pot fi verzi, galbene sau ro\u0219ii.<br \/>\nCapsicum annum este originar din America Central\u0103 \u0219i de Sud,  a fost r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit \u00een lume de marinarii spanioli \u0219i portughezi. Istoria ardeiului iute a \u00eenceput \u00een Mexic acum aproximativ 7500 de ani.<br \/>\nDiego Alvarez Chanca a adus primii ardei iu\u021bi \u00een Spania \u00een anul 1493. La \u00eenceput ace\u0219tia erau crescu\u021bi mai degrab\u0103 ca ni\u0219te curiozit\u0103\u021bi botanice \u00een gr\u0103dinile m\u0103n\u0103stirilor din Spania \u0219i Portugalia.<br \/>\n\u00cen \u00eentreaga lume se cultiv\u0103 3,8 milioane de hectare din care rezult\u0103 o produc\u021bie de 33 milioane de tone de ardei iute.<br \/>\nDin America Central\u0103 ardeiul iute a ajuns \u00een Spania, \u00een Africa de Vest \u0219i India. Din India acesta s-a r\u0103sp\u00e2ndit spre Asia central\u0103, Turcia \u0219i a ajuns \u0219i \u00een Ungaria unde a devenit extrem de cunoscut sub numele de boia.<br \/>\n\u00cen lume se pot g\u0103si 35 de specii de ardei iute, dintre care aproximativ 25 dintre ele se pot g\u0103si doar pe continentul american.<br \/>\nSunt cultivate 4 feluri de ardei: iu\u021bi, gra\u0219i, lungi (de ex. kapia) \u0219i gogo\u0219ari. Ardeiul, la fel ca ro\u0219iile \u0219i vinetele, este o plant\u0103 preten\u021bioas\u0103 la lumin\u0103, c\u0103ldur\u0103, ap\u0103 \u0219i hran\u0103. Pentru a avea o produc\u021bie mare \u0219i de calitate, ardeiul trebuie cultivat \u00eentr-un p\u0103m\u00e2nt bogat, af\u00e2nat, lucrat ad\u00e2nc \u0219i \u00eengr\u0103\u0219at cu gunoi de grajd.<br \/>\n\u00cen tradi\u0163ia popular\u0103 se cultiv\u0103 soiuri dulci de ardei care se consum\u0103 proaspete, sub form\u0103 de salate sau diferite preparate \u015fi soiuri iu\u0163i, care se consum\u0103 proaspete sau uscate \u015fi servesc la condimentarea alimentelor. Fructele se usuc\u0103 \u015fi se macin\u0103, ob\u0163in\u00e2ndu-se boia dulce sau iute condiment obi\u015fnuit la colorarea m\u00e2nc\u0103rurilor, sl\u0103ninilor \u015fi a altor preparate din carne.<br \/>\nC\u00e2ndva \u00een Rom\u00e2nia se produceau \u00een mas\u0103 mari cantit\u0103\u0163i de ardei gusto\u015fi \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103to\u015fi, dar acum doar micii produc\u0103tori particulari mai p\u0103streaz\u0103 tradi\u0163ia<br \/>\nDin punct de vedere al compozi\u0163iei chimice con\u0163ine glucoz\u0103, fructoz\u0103, zaharoz\u0103, amidon, pectine, lipide, carotenoide, bogat \u00een vitamina A \u015fi mai ales B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, C, E, P, PP, enzime, precum \u015fi ulei eteric, alcaloidul capsaicin\u0103 care este o substan\u0163\u0103 iritant\u0103 revulsiv\u0103 \u00een special \u00een cel iute, substan\u0163e colorate de natur\u0103 carotenoidic\u0103 (capsorubin\u0103, capsantin\u0103, zeaxantin\u0103, lutein\u0103, criptoxantin\u0103 \u015fi urme de betacaroten), flavonoide, substan\u0163e minerale.<br \/>\nAc\u0163iunea farmacologic\u0103 este de stimulent rubefiant, revulsiv, \u015fi lubrifiant.<br \/>\nCaren\u0163ele \u00een asimilarea calciului pot fi corectate prin consumarea sucului de ardei sau consumat proasp\u0103t \u00een diferite salate la orice masa,con\u0163ine  o cantitate mare de siliciu care ajut\u0103 la fortificarea unghiilor, p\u0103rului, dar \u015fi glandelor sebacee pe care le poate regla.<br \/>\nCapsicum annum este \u00eentrebuin\u0163at \u00een industria farmaceutic\u0103 sub form\u0103 de unguente, tincturi, bune \u00een dureri reumatice, fric\u0163ion\u00e2nd locurile dureroase.<br \/>\n\u00cen cosmetic\u0103, ardeiul gras, m\u00e2ncat \u00een cantit\u0103\u0163i mari elimin\u0103 toxinele din organism, red\u00e2nd corpului o piele frumoas\u0103 \u015fi plin\u0103 de tinere\u0163e.<br \/>\nArdeii con\u0163in mari cantit\u0103\u0163i de vitamina C, flavonoide, vitaminele B6-B9,  substan\u0163ele care reduc riscul apari\u0163iei \u015fi agrav\u0103rii afec\u0163iunilor cardiace.<br \/>\nBeta-carotenul poate \u00eempiedica genul de transform\u0103ri celulare care duc la \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirea premature,carotenoidele (de exemplu licopenul) previne diferitele tipuri de cance.<br \/>\nCapsicum annum se poate folosi la ameliorarea afec\u0163iunilor respiratorii,metabolice,reumatismale,renale,digestive,genitale,hepatice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Capsicum annum, Fam.
