Datorit\u0103 simptomelor de oboseal\u0103 sau chiar de epuizare fizic\u0103, astenia de prim\u0103var\u0103 este adesea confundat\u0103 cu diferite boli.<\/p>\n<p>Astenia de prim\u0103var\u0103 provoac\u0103 o stare de oboseal\u0103 diferit\u0103 de cea resim\u0163it\u0103 dup\u0103 un efort fizic sau intelectual prelungit \u015fi apare \u00een urma unei diminu\u0103ri profunde a resurselor energetice ale organismului uman. Cele mai frecvente dintre ele sunt: st\u0103ri de continu\u0103 oboseal\u0103 \u015fi somnolen\u0163\u0103, lips\u0103 de energie, pasivitate \u015fi putere de concentrare redus\u0103,disconfort, iritabilitate, anxietate, dureri de cap, palpita\u0163ii,ame\u0163eli,lipsa tonusului \u015fi sc\u0103derea formei fizice,sentimentul de vinov\u0103\u0163ie,sc\u0103derea sau cre\u015fterea poftei de m\u00e2ncare \u015fi, implicit, probleme legate de greutate, astenia ne afecteaz\u0103 nu doar via\u0163a personal\u0103, ci \u015fi performan\u0163ele la locul de munc\u0103.<\/p>\n<p>Astenia de prim\u0103var\u0103 are efecte negative \u015fi asupra s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii noastre fizice iar una dintre afec\u0163iunile pe care le declan\u0219eaz\u0103 este anemia.<br \/>\nCele mai bune remedii pentru ameliorarea asteniei de prim\u0103var\u0103 se reg\u0103sesc \u00een alimenta\u0163ie, \u00een odihn\u0103, \u00een exerci\u0163iile fizice \u015fi \u00een preparatele naturale.<\/p>\n<p>Combina\u0163ia dintre spirulin\u0103 \u0219i c\u0103tin\u0103 intervine \u00een reglarea \u015fi echilibrarea func\u0163iilor metabolice \u015fi imunologice ale organismului, este
