Hasma\u021buchi este o plant\u0103 bianual\u0103 \u00eenrudit\u00e3 cu p\u0103trunjelul \u0219i cu morcovul, are \u00eensu\u0219irea de a diminua v\u00e2scozitatea s\u00e2ngelui.<br \/>\nTulpina este ierboas\u0103, moale, cre\u0219te p\u00e2n\u0103 la 60-70 de cm \u00een\u0103l\u021bime, frunzele verzi sunt fragile cu un aspect lucios, florile sunt mici albe, a\u0219ezate \u00een buche\u021bele \u00een v\u00e2rful tulpinii, este o plant\u0103 erbacee, pl\u0103cut mirositoare, cu flori albe, uneori g\u0103lbui, dispuse \u00een umbele mici.<br \/>\nHasma\u021buchi este folosit \u00een anumite zone din Moldova la unele preparate culinare, at\u00e2t \u00een stare proasp\u0103t\u0103 (la salate) precum \u0219i \u00een stare uscat\u0103 (ciorbe)  av\u00e2nd un gust acri\u0219or-am\u0103rui specific.<br \/>\n\u00cen Ardeal planta se nume\u0219te cherval, frunzele ei proaspete servesc la asezonarea ciorbelor. Se poate conserva verde \u00een congelator, prin congelare \u00ee\u0219i p\u0103streaz\u0103 mai bine aroma, sau se poate conserva prin uscare, \u0219i se p\u0103streaz\u0103 \u00een s\u0103cule\u021bi de p\u00e2nz\u0103 sau \u00een cutii metalice etan\u0219 \u00eenchise, \u00eens\u0103 uscat \u00ee\u0219i pierde din aroma \u0219i din calit\u0103\u021bi.<br \/>\n\u00cen tradi\u0163ia popular\u0103 cultivat\u0103 pe alocuri pentru cerin\u0163e culinare, frunzele se foloseau la salat\u0103 sau condiment.<br \/>\nL\u0103starii de hasma\u0163uchi se utilizau pentru ameliorarea afec\u0163iunilor pielii.<br \/>\nDin punct de vedere al compozi\u0163iei chimice con\u0163ine ulei eteric 0,03% compus din glicozidul apiina, metilcavicol, osmorizol, asmarizol, uleiuri grase, substan\u0163e amare, vitamine B, C, s\u0103ruri minerale.<br \/>\nAc\u0163iune farmacologic\u0103 este de antiinflamator, tonic, cicatrizant, rezolutiv.<br \/>\nHasma\u0163uchi se poate folosi pentru ameliorarea anumitor afec\u0163iuni oftalmologice, a afec\u0163iunilor pielii, afec\u0163iuni respiratorii u\u0219oare, afec\u0163iuni renale, afec\u0163iuni ale cavit\u00e3\u0163ii bucale. Se poate folosi \u015fi \u00een combina\u0163ii cu alte plante medicinale \u0219i aromatice.<br \/>\nDac\u00e3 dorim putem s\u00e3 prepar\u00e3m o sup\u00e3 din aceast\u00e3 plant\u00e3.<br \/>\nSupa de hasma\u021buchi<br \/>\n Ingrediente:<br \/>\n1 fir de praz; 250 g de ciuperci; 2-3 cartofi; 1 salat\u0103 verde;  1 m\u00e2n\u0103 de frunze de hasma\u021buchi; 1 lingur\u0103 de ulei de m\u0103sline; 400 ml de ap\u0103;  bor\u0219; 100 ml de lapte de soia; 1 lingur\u0103 de nuc\u0103 m\u0103cinat\u0103; sare, piper dup\u0103 gust.<br \/>\nPreparare:<br \/>\nCur\u0103\u021ba\u021bi prazul, sp\u0103la\u021bi-l \u0219i t\u0103ia\u021bi-l buc\u0103\u021bi. Cur\u0103\u021ba\u021bi ciupercile \u0219i t\u0103ia\u021bi-le \u0219i pe ele buc\u0103\u021bi. C\u0103li\u021bi prazul c\u00e2teva minute \u00een pu\u021bin ulei, apoi turna\u021bi apa. L\u0103sa\u021bi s\u0103 fiarb\u0103 c\u00e2teva minute, apoi ad\u0103uga\u021bi ciupercile. Dup\u0103 10 minute, scoate\u021bi ciupercile \u0219i mixa\u021bi-le cu blenderul. Pune\u021bi crema ob\u021binut\u0103 \u00eenapoi \u00een crati\u021b\u0103, ad\u0103ug\u00e2nd laptele de soia \u0219i nucile. Dup\u0103 ce mai d\u0103 c\u00e2teva clocote, se adaug\u0103 frunzele de hasma\u021buchi, sare \u0219i piper, dup\u0103 gust \u0219i se opre\u0219te focul. Frunzele de hasma\u021buchi trebuie sp\u0103late cu aten\u021bie, deoarece acestea re\u021bin multe impurit\u0103\u021bi.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>(Fam.
