Merr. [sin. Glycine soja Sieb. et Zucc., sin. Soja hispida (Moench) Maxim] din familia Fabaceae, cunoscut\u0103 sub denumirea de soia.<br \/>\nSoia este originar\u0103 din Asia (China, Japonia), \u015fi nu cre\u0219te ast\u0103zi \u00een flora spontan\u0103; diferitele variet\u0103\u021bi se cultiv\u0103 pe tot globul \u00een scop alimentar, fiind specia oleaginoas\u0103 cea mai cultivat\u0103.<br \/>\nSoia prezint\u0103 \u00een sol o r\u0103d\u0103cin\u0103 pivotant\u0103 cu numeroase radicele secundare acoperite de nodozit\u0103\u021bi cauzate de simbioza cu bacteriile din genul Rhisobium, care le asigur\u0103 sursa de azot. Planta ajunge la 1-1,5 m, are aspectul unui vrej de fasole \u0219i formeaz\u0103 p\u0103st\u0103i p\u0103roase, lungi de aproximativ 10 cm, \u00een care se g\u0103sesc 2-4 semin\u021be sferice galben-verzui.<br \/>\nSemin\u021bele de soia con\u021bin:aproximativ 40% proteine, din care 80% sunt globuline;  aproximativ 20% ulei gras, constituit din gliceride ale acizilor linoleic (50%), oleic (30%), linolenic (7%) \u0219i aproximativ 15% acid palmitic \u0219i stearic,acid fitic (1,4%).<br \/>\nO alimenta\u021bie unilateral\u0103 cu produse din soia poate duce la formarea unor complec\u0219i  insolubili, realiza\u021bi cu calciul, magneziul, fierul \u0219i zincul din organism, astfel \u00eenc\u00e2t aceste minerale ar trebui \u00eenlocuite prin aport exogen, aproximativ 30% carbohidra\u0142i.<br \/>\nLecitin\u0103 din soia \u00ee\u0219i g\u0103seste utiliz\u0103ri \u00een industria alimentar\u0103, g\u0103sindu-\u0219i loc  \u00een profilaxia \u0219i terapia unor afec\u021biuni hepatice, neurologice \u0219i aterosclerotice.<br \/>\nSemin\u021bele de soia se prelucreaz\u0103 mai \u00eent\u00e2i pentru ob\u021binerea uleiului, din ulei separ\u00e2ndu-se apoi lecitina, utilizat\u0103 ca hepatoprotector.<br \/>\nF\u0103ina din turtele de presare se poate fermenta \u00een prezen\u021ba unei culturi de Aspergillus orizae, c\u00e2nd rezult\u0103  sosul de soia (sos Shoyu).<br \/>\nDin turtele de presare se extrag cu alcool \u015fi se  separ\u00e3 izoflavonele, importante din punct de vedere farmacologic, care se reg\u0103sesc \u0219i \u00een laptele de soia \u00een concentra\u021bii de 80-90 mg%. Laptele de soia se ob\u021bine din semin\u021be \u00eenmuiate \u00eentr-o cantitate de zece ori mai mare de ap\u0103, care dup\u0103 12-18 ore de macerare se m\u0103run\u021besc.<br \/>\nIn afara uleiului din seminte de soia (Sojae oleum) \u0219i a lecitinei din soia (Lecithinum vegetabile), \u00een terapeutic\u0103 se folosesc extractele standardizate \u00een izoflavone. Ac\u021biunea biologic\u0103 a izoflavonelor \u00een organismul uman este una complex\u0103,<br \/>\nStudiile clinice efectuate cu concentrate de izoflavone (mai ales din soia \u0219i trifoi ro\u0219u) au demonstrat c\u0103 administrarea unor astfel de preparate (\u00een doze zilnice de 40-100 mg izoflavone) femeilor \u00een premenopauz\u0103 (c\u00e2nd predomin\u0103 indispozi\u021biile \u0219i tulbur\u0103rile de ciclu menstrual), perimenopauz\u0103 (caracterizat\u0103 prin amenoree, tulbur\u0103ri de somn, bufeuri)\u0219i postmenopauz\u0103 (predominante fiind st\u0103rile de oboseal\u0103, depresiile, osteoporoza \u0219i dezvoltarea unor afec\u021biuni cardiovasculare) sunt benefice:reduc\u00e2nd simptomatologia caracteristic\u0103 (insomnia, bufeurile, depresia) din menopauz\u0103; prevenind apari\u021bia osteoporozei; prevenind instalarea unor afec\u021biuni cardiovasculare; dezvolt\u00e2nd posibile ac\u021biuni \u00eempotriva \u00eemb\u00e3tr\u00e2nirii.<br \/>\nExtractele din soia standardizate \u00een izoflavone ac\u021bioneaz\u0103 antioxidant; u\u0219or hipocolesterolemiant; este protector cardiovascular,antiinflamator bl\u00e2nd;antiosteoporotic.<br \/>\nIzoflavonele exercit\u0103 \u0219i un u\u0219or efect antidiabetic (sunt hipoglicemiante). Preparatele alimentare ob\u021binute din semin\u021bele de soia au un efect slab hipolipidemiant \u0219i hipocolesterolemiant, responsabile fiind, \u00een acest caz, fibrele, dar \u0219i lecitina. O diet\u0103 bogat\u0103 \u00een lecitin\u0103 cre\u0219te valoarea a\u0219a-numitului colesterol \u201ebun\u201d (HDL) \u0219i reduce colesterolul \u201er\u0103u\u201d (LDL).<br \/>\nExtractele de soia standardizate \u00een izoflavone se comercializeaz\u0103 sub forma suplimentelor alimentare care se indic\u0103 \u00een doz\u0103 zilnic\u0103 de 80-120 mg pentru:reducerea tulbur\u0103rilor vegetative din menopauz\u0103 (transpira\u021bii, nervozitate, insomnie, bufeuri);reducerea atrofiei urogenitale la femeile aflate la menopauz\u0103; reducerea riscului de afec\u021biuni cardiovasculare; profilaxia osteoporozei; efect antiaging, bazat pe protejarea celular\u0103 datorit\u0103 ac\u021biunii antioxidante (mai ales la aplicare extern\u0103, sub form\u0103 de creme).<br \/>\n Studii recente adaug\u0103 ca domenii de indica\u021bii: tulbur\u0103ri ovariene (sindrom polichistic); dureri de cap de tip migrenos din timpul ciclului menstrual; men\u0163inerea elasticit\u0103tii \u0163esutului cutanat.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c\u00cen via\u0163\u0103, dac\u0103 nu cultivi con\u015ftient florile talentului \u015fi ale darurilor pe care le-ai primit de la Creator, buruienile g\u00e2ndurilor, emo\u0163iilor \u015fi experien\u0163elor negative se vor \u00eenmul\u0163i p\u00e2n\u0103 ce vor sufoca toate celelalte plante.\u201d<br \/>\nHerbert Harris<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sojae semen reprezint\u0103 semin\u021bele recoltate de la Glycine max (L.)
