de un psihiatru \u0219i un psiholog.<br \/>\nEste destul de dificil de diagnosticat \u0219i el nu rezult\u0103 direct din analizele de s\u00e2nge de\u0219i se vorbe\u0219te despre sc\u0103derea concentra\u0163iei dioxidului de carbon \u015fi a biocarbonatului. \u00cen ciuda acestui fapt recomandarea este s\u0103 nu v\u0103 autodiagnostica\u021bi.Dac\u0103 vi se pune diagnosticul de \u201datac de panic\u0103\u201d de c\u0103tre medicii cu competen\u021be specifice, atunci pute\u021bi face pasul urm\u0103tor \u0219i anume s\u0103 recurge\u021bi la terapiile complementare,
